一般須知     
General Information

1. 接受檢查當日儘量穿著簡單易脫的衣服。
Dress in clothes that can be easily removed.

2. 請攜同過往相關的醫療影像及報告，例如電腦掃描、磁力共振和超聲波。
Please bring any previous medical records or medical imaging reports, such as CT scan, MRI or ultrasound reports for reference.

3. 請攜同政府醫院轉介信作登記 (如適用)。
Please bring any referral letters from public hospitals to the center for registration.

4. 請在檢查前除下所有飾物包括戒指、耳環、項鍊、手錶、假牙或任何含金屬之物品。
Do not wear any jewelry including rings, earrings, necklaces, watches, dentures, or any metal- containing objects.

食道腸胃鋇造影
Barium Meal / Follow through

1. 檢查前8小時內禁食禁水。
Refrain from eating or drinking water for 8 hours before the examination.

靜脈注射泌尿系統造影
Intravenous Urography (I.V.U.)

1. 檢查前兩天須禁止吃高纖維的食物如蔬菜、生果、麥皮等。
Patients should avoid eating a high fiber diet 2 days before the examination (e.g. vegetable, fruit, or cereal).

2. 檢查前一天，服用瀉丸一粒，其目的是確保病人腸內沒有太多食物渣滓而遮蓋了泌尿系統。
Patients should take the laxative tablets as instructed for bowel preparation.

3. 檢查前四小時禁止進食，水可照常喝。.
No food for 4 hours before examination, but water may be allowed.

4. 請確保檢查前7天沒有接受X光造影檢查。
Please avoid any alimentary tract contrast tests 7 days before the examination.

5. 如患有糖尿病的患者，請於檢查前3日通知中心職員及於檢查當日攜帶藥物備用。
For patients with diabetes, please notify our staff 3 days before the examination and bring the related medicines on the examination day.

6. 如患有哮喘或任何過敏的患者，請於檢查前3日通知中心職員及於檢查當日攜帶藥物備用。
For patients with asthma or any allergies, please notify our staff 3 days before the examination and bring the related medicines on the examination date.

子宮及輸卵管顯影劑檢查
Hysterosalpingogram (H.S.G.)

1. 為免有早期懷孕可能，由經期第一天起直至檢查當日，應避免性行為。由經期第一天起計算，十天內要檢查，檢查需於經期完結後進行。
To avoid the chance of undetectable early pregnancy during the procedure, please abstin from sexual activity after your last menstrual period (the one just preceding HSG) till the examination day. The examination should be done after menstruation and within 10 days counting from the first day of menstruation.

2. 如患有哮喘或任何過敏的患者，請於檢查前3日通知中心職員及於檢查當日攜帶藥物備用。
For the patients with asthma or any allergies, please notify our staff 3 days before the examination and bring related medicines on the examination date.

檢查過程     
Examination Process

檢查時間一般為時 5 至 10 分鐘，視乎掃瞄位置而定。
掃瞄期間，病人需站立在菲林片前或平躺在檢查床上。放射技師會到 X光房外拍攝，病人只需保持靜止不動即可。

The examination time usually takes 5 – 10 minutes, depending on the area being examined. During the examination, the patient needs to stand still in front of the film or lie down on the table. The patients should keep steady when radiographers are taking photos outside the X-Ray room.
