一般須知     
General Information

1. 如懷疑或已懷孕，必須在檢查前告知本中心職員。
Please inform our staff before examination if you are or might be pregnant.

2. 請攜同過往相關的醫療影像及報告，例如電腦掃描、磁力共振和超聲波。
Please bring any previous medical records or medical imaging reports, such as CT scan, MRI, or ultrasound reports for reference.

3. 請攜同政府醫院轉介信作登記 (如適用)。
Please bring any referral letters from public hospitals to the center for registration.

4. 請在檢查前除下所有飾物包括耳環、手錶及項鍊等。
Please take off all accessories including earrings, watches and necklaces before examination.

5. 檢查前24小時避免飲用或進食含有酒精、茶、汽水、朱古力、咖啡或含咖啡因的產品 (如: 感冒/傷風/止痛藥) 。
Do not consume alcohol, tea, soft drinks, chocolate, coffee, or any caffeinated products for 24 hours before examination.

6. 檢查前避免進行劇烈運動或吸煙。
Strenuous exercises or cigarettes should be avoided before examination.

7. 檢查前24小時避免服用壯陽藥品。
Viagra or similar drugs should be avoided for 24 hours before examination.

接受顯影劑檢查前準備     
Preparation for Contrast Medium Examination

1. 需簽署同意書。
A written consent is required.

2. 如曾患哮喘、濕疹、蕁麻疹、過敏性鼻炎、對某些食物、藥物或曾對顯影劑有過敏反應，請事先通知主診醫生及本中心職員。
Please inform your doctor and our medical staff of any allergies to specific food or drug, previous reaction to contrast medium, history or asthma, urticaria, eczema and rhinitis.

3. 如本身對碘化顯影劑曾有過敏反應，請於檢查前通知主診醫生及我們的工作人員，或有需要於檢查前一日開始服用類固醇藥物以作抗敏之用。
Please notify the doctor or staff if a history of allergy to iodinated contrast is noticed. Steroid cover before exam may be advised.

4. 檢查前6小時請勿進食，日常藥物除外。
Fasting for 6 hours before examination, except usual medication.

5. 65歲或以上/糖尿病/高血壓/腎病患者，需提供近期的肌酸酐水平報告或於本中心進行檢驗。
Please provide the latest creatinine blood level report or have it checked at our center, if the patient is aged 65 or above, diabetic, having hypertension or renal disease.

檢查過程     
Examination Process

檢查時間一般為時 1至2小時不等。 檢查前放射技師會解釋檢查程序及詢問病人病歷，並指導病人如何閉氣以配合檢查。檢查期間病人需要仰臥在床上，並慢慢移動進入圓筒狀儀器。如需要注射顯影劑，在正常情況下，注射期間，病人或會感到一股熱流在身上游走。檢查期間可透過對話系統和「呼叫鐘」與工作人員進行通訊。若進行了靜脈注射顯影劑，需休息約20分鐘，確保對顯影劑沒有過敏反應後方可離開。

The examination usually takes 1 to 2 hours. Before the examination, the radiographer will explain the procedure and collect information about the patient’s medical history. He/she will also instruct the patient how to hold their breath for the examination. If contrast agents are needed, the patient may feel a warm sensation throughout their body during injection. During the examination, the patient needs to lay on the table which is moved into the bore. Intercom system and call bell are also available for communication. If intravenous contrast is given in the exam, you may be asked to stay for about 20 mins for any adverse reactions.
