新冠患者遙距支援服務只供⽬前待在家裡的確診新型冠狀病毒⼈⼠使用。使用者需於醫護人員提供支援服務前出⽰其快速抗原檢測或 PCR核酸檢測結果以證明其使⽤資格。
如發現非確診新型冠狀病毒⼈⼠使⽤本服務，醫家顧問保留向其追究之權利。

此服務僅為諮詢參考之用，包括提供確診資訊及支援。而此服務不能取代任何專業醫療建議、醫生當面諮詢、診斷、治療、介入措施或適用於任何醫療緊急情況、診斷或疾病及症狀治療，更不會處方藥物或診斷證明。

如有任何個人健康或醫療相關問題及疑問，請咨詢閣下的家庭醫生。

閣下不得於醫療團隊進行諮詢期間進行任何截圖、拍照、錄音或錄像；包括可能在閣下諮詢期間陪同閣下的人士，亦不得作出上述任何行為。

此服務的使用不適用於緊急醫療情況或緊急情況。若閣下的狀況或症狀持續或惡化，請尋求其他醫療建議及立即致電999。

此服務不適合需要即時醫療協助的症狀。此服務並不提供緊急醫療服務或急性醫療狀況的護理；閣下有或曾有需要立即就醫的症狀，包括但不限於：

• 窒息，呼吸困難
• 胸口疼痛
• 癲癇發作
• 嚴重出血
• 嚴重頭暈
• 劇烈疼痛
• 精神錯亂及／或出現幻覺
• 失去知覺
• 手腳無力
•  其他嚴重的醫療或類似症狀

The COVID-19 remote support service (hereafter “The Service” or “ This Service”) is only for COVID-19 positive individuals who are currently staying at home. Individuals need to show their rapid antigen test or PCR-based nucleic acid test result to prove their eligibility before the start of The Service.

E Plus Consulting Co. Ltd. reserves the right to pursue legal action for the unauthorize use of This Service by individuals who were not non-diagnosed with COVID-19 when they used The Service.

This Service is FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND ASSISTANCE ONLY. This Service IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE AND CANNOT SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT OR EMERGENCY INTERVENTION OR TRANSMISSION OF TIME-CRITICAL DATA. This service also does not provide proof of diagnosis or drug prescriptions.

USERS SHOULD ALWAYS SEEK THE ADVICE OF THEIR FAMILY DOCTORS OR MEDICAL HEALTH PROVIDERS FOR ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THEIR MEDICAL CONDITION.

Users are not allowed to take any screen capture, photograph, sound-recording or video of any part of any video or phone call provided as part of this Service. These prohibitions extend to all third parties present while the users are using this Service,  including those who may be accompanying the users during the phone/video calls.

By continuing to use this Service, users hereby acknowledge that they understand and agree that the Service is only providing information and is not offering medical advice, consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE Service SHOULD NOT BE USED TO MAKE MEDICAL DECISIONS.

Use of This Service is solely at users’ own risk. Neither E Plus Consulting Co., Ltd, the medical practitioner(s), nurses in the service, nor any of its affiliated companies or licensors, are responsible or liable for any suggestions, diagnosis, or assessment made during The Service or any injuries a user may incur as a result of any decisions made based on the information provided The Service.

The user’s engagement of This Service, does not create a doctor/patient relationship with the user nor a consultation relationship with users’ physician(s).

The user of this Service is not suitable nor recommended for emergency or other time critical situations. If the Users’ condition(s) deteriorate or symptoms worsen, please contact emergency services, or other medical intervention at once for emergency help, including but limited to call 999 if necessary.

Should the COVID-19 related symptoms worsen, please contact the emergency services at once and seek for emergency help.

This Service is not suitable nor recommended if the users are experiencing symptoms which require immediate attention. This Service does not provide any type of emergency care or any type of rapid medical intervention. If at any point you have symptoms such as but not limited to shortness of breath, chest pain, sever blood loss, mental confusion and/or hallucinations, seizures, severe dizziness, severe fatigue, bruise-like rash, high fever , Loss of consciousness other serious medical or similar symptoms, difficulties breathing, severe pain, loss of function in extremities, please go to the emergency room or seek immediate medical help.
